The Fearless ClearVoice™ ZN digital intercom has been completely redesigned to deliver outstanding performance, durability, and user control, even in the most demanding motorsport environments. Now boasting an IP65 protection rating, it offers superior resistance to dust and water, making it an ideal choice for rally and off-road applications.

A 36% larger display improves readability in all conditions, while the new silicone keypad enhances tactile feedback and reliability—even when operated with gloves. Panel-mounted Nexus connectors replace traditional inline plugs, ensuring stronger, more stable connections and improved overall system resilience.

At the heart of the unit is a powerful digital processor based on ClearVoice™ technology. This advanced system uses adaptive real-time algorithms to filter background noise and enhance voice clarity. Users can independently fine-tune noise compression and voice equalization. Full compatibility with the Zero Noise app allows remote adjustment of all audio parameters directly from a smartphone or tablet.

The ZN digital amplifier offers Bluetooth connectivity, audio input/output for radio systems, a CAN-bus interface, and an RCA output for pairing with an onboard camera. Dual volume controls provide independent adjustment for the driver and co-driver. The shock-absorbing, vibration-resistant silicone housing ensures operational stability in harsh conditions.

The kit includes a filtered 12 V power cable and a quick-mount bracket for easy installation on a roll bar or dashboard.
Compatibility: all Bell helmets, ZeroNoise intercoms and headsets, and any helmet equipped with Nexus connectors.
