Simple concepts that define the system of our actions.

We make everything to situations independent of the customers ran as smoothly as possible, and therefore do not require the fulfillment of complicated and time-consuming forms. 

In most cases, we expect only send proof of purchase along with brief information on the return shipment (eg., Please exchange of shirts on the size of "xxx").

EXCHANGE

Each purchased product in our store merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any reason.

All exchanges should be sent to our company, together with proof of purchase (please also attach a card with information on which product / size you require replacement):

Dispatch of product's will be made within 1-4 working days of receipt of shipment. (If the product is available in our store)

RETURNS

Each purchased in our store product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any reason.

All returns should be sent to our company, together with proof of purchase.

Please attach proof of purchase to delivery and bank account number in order to streamline the process returns.

The money for the goods will be returned within 1-4 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.

COMPLAINTS

For each purchase in our store merchandise valid warranty, based on it can advertise any defects.

All complaints should be sent to our company.

Please attach to the package the following documents:

1) Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or proof of payment),

2) Address with telephone number or e-mail,

3) A detailed description of the defect, where it is located and in what circumstances is damaged.

The decision according to the rules will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
